EZ Chicken Cutlets


  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup duck sauce
  • 2 frozen garlic cubes
  • 1 container french fried onions


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix barbecue sauce with the duck sauce and frozen garlic cubes
  3. Brush mixture onto both sides of the chicken cutlets
  4. Bake uncovered for 30 to 45 minutes
  5. Uncover and sprinkle on french fried onions
  6. Bake an additional 30 to 45 minutes

Note This dish can be frozen after first baking. Defrost later, adding fried onions before second baking.
