Pregnancy Class | B’Sha’ah Tova
Grow in more ways than one. This four-part class for expectant moms discusses the many miracles at work from conception to delivery. Discussion topics include what happens in the womb from a soul perspective, the holiness of bringing down a soul from heaven, the sacrifice of Jewish women throughout history building the Jewish people, and customs and traditions surrounding pregnancy and childbirth. The Book of Mitzvah Education: A Text-Based Tour with Aliza Bulow
Delve into the mysteries and the meanings of the 613 biblical mitzvos (commandments). Learn why mixing species of plants is forbidden (because of conﬂicting angelic forces) and what we think of witches. Philosophy, esoteric ideas, practical application, and thoughtful conversation all converge in this year-long series. Although this class is geared toward the more experienced learner, beginners also are welcome. Upon request, special time will be set aside for beginners for questions and discussion.
Meets Monday mornings. Cost is $140 for the year-long series.
