Mirel’s Banana Cake

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
• 2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 2 bananas mashed
• 1 cup hot water
• 2 1/2 cups flour

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Combine all ingredients and mix well
3. Spray a bundt cake pan well with baking spray
4. Bake 35 minutes
