Today’s recipe comes from Irit Bean:
1-2 pounds bag of broccoli, thawed and drained
1 cup light mayonnaise
1/2 tablespoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 pinch cayenne pepper
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients together.
- Pour into a greased baking dish.
- Bake at 375 for one hour or until set and edges are golden brown.
