Covid-19 Liability Waiver

• Liability Waiver: By participating in our holiday programming, the participants(s) on his or her behalf (and, if applicable, on the behalf of the minor child or children registered the said child(ren)’s legal representative), hereby releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the The Jewish Experience and its representatives and agents from all claims or liability for damages and/or injuries incurred by me and such minor child(ren), in connection with any holiday event or activity.
• I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS OF HARM OR INJURY, both known and unknown, and including all risks to my health associated with COVID-19, of my participation in any individual, group or team program or activity, and assume full responsibility for my participation.
• All facility use by participants means its user groups or its participants must adhere to current public health regulations and guidelines set forth by the Governor of the State of Colorado and Denver County Public Health.
• As a permittee, I fully acknowledge responsibility for knowing and ensuring that any individuals participating in the holiday programming comply with current guidelines for social distancing, gathering sizes, face coverings and other requirements to aid in stopping the spread of COVID-19.
• No outside food or beverage is permitted.
• Participants are requested to bring their own masks, disinfects, and hand sanitizers, though we may also provide certain materials.
• Masks are required to be worn by participants when entering the facility, in common spaces and when exiting. Masks can be removed by the service leadership or for outdoor activities as permitted by state and local guidelines.
• All participation fees are required to be paid in full to reserve a seat.
• The Jewish Experience reserves the right to revoke this license, and all fees would be forfeited at any time, if the terms and conditions of this permit are being violated by an individual subject to this license, or if The Jewish Experience deems use of fields or facilities unsafe due to public safety concerns.
